To this end, we hold ourselves accountable for the impact that our decisions and actions have on our clients, employees, their families and the communities around us.

Respect for People

A core principal of CGOV is ensuring we create a culture of service excellence where the interests of our clients are always placed first. It's also important that we build and maintain respectful, long-term relationships with our employees and suppliers. We believe a collegial setting offers the best opportunity for a productive, positive and respectful workplace.

Sustainability

We take seriously the impact we have on the environment and look for ways to reduce our environmental footprint. We do this by powering our business with clean, renewable energy using Bullfrog Power, ensuring paper for our stationary and collateral materials comes from responsibly managed forests, offering secure electronic reporting to clients as an alternative to paper, and offering all employees mass transit passes to encourage the use of public transit.

Supporting our Communities

CGOV believes in assisting the communities around us. Many of our employees support various charities and volunteer their time to organizations like the YMCA, The Nature Conservancy of Canada, the Canadian Women's Foundation and the ALS Society.
