Gord O'Reilly, CFA, Portfolio Manager

Gord is one of the founders of CGOV Asset Management and is responsible for leading equity research. He oversees the balanced and global equity strategies. Gord is also a member of the CGOV Asset Management Board and Chairs the Investment Committee.

Gord began his career over 20 years ago with Manufacturers Life Insurance Company and gained relevant experience in the areas of foreign exchange, securities analysis, trading and portfolio management. At the time of his departure from Manulife, Gord specialized in managing U.S. equity investments.

Gord earned an undergraduate degree from Queen's University and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation from the CFA Institute.

Gord serves as a member of the Investment Committee for the United Church of Canada Pension Fund.
