Sheila Norman, CFA, Portfolio Manager

Sheila joined CGOV Asset Management in 2006 and is responsible for managing portfolios for private and institutional clients. She is also a member of the CGOV Asset Management Board and Investment Committee.

Sheila has over 18 years experience in the investment industry, which includes seven years at McLean Budden Ltd. as Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Sheila earned her undergraduate degree from Queen's University in 1991 and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation from the CFA Institute. She has completed the National Aboriginal Trustee Training Program through Lethbridge College and the Not-for-Profit Governance Essentials Program with the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and is a member of their Institute of Corporate Directors.

Sheila's volunteer endeavours include: Director and President of the CGOV Foundation, investment committee member of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund and legacy giving committee member of Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation of Toronto. She also has volunteered time through speaking engagements at various conferences over the years.
