We recognize that what is most important to our institutional clients is delivering investment and service excellence. CGOV achieves this by:

• Controlling Growth:
  CGOV has remained disciplined in controlling the growth of the firm and committing that we will not grow mandates beyond the point where we can no longer provide investment and service excellence to our clients.
• Limiting the number of Clients:
  CGOV has limited the number of clients that work with each portfolio manager to ensure high levels of service.
• Focusing on the right type of Clients:
  CGOV has been very fortunate to establish a stable base of clients that philosophically understand how we deliver value, and we will strive to ensure that each new client shares this vision.
• Client Meetings and Communication:
  We meet with our clients regularly throughout the year at times that are convenient to them.
• Dealing with the Portfolio Managers:
  All of CGOV’s clients deal with a portfolio manager who has in-depth knowledge of our activity and investments, as well as has input into the process.
